Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@avaandistudio.com. Returns must be approved before an item is sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how to return your item. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or made-to-order products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Because some of our products are produced or fulfilled by third-party partners, return eligibility may vary by item. Please contact us at hello@avaandistudio.com before sending anything back so we can confirm the appropriate return instructions.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for refund.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item after the return has been processed.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or creditor card company to process and post the refund.
